A toddler was taken from his home in Chalgrove by his father earlier this morning, police said.
Officers from Thames Valley Police are urgently trying to find two-year-old Andrew Junior Leighton.
The boy was taken from his home in Chalgrove, Oxfordshire, by his father at around 1.25am this morning.
Insp Angela Murray said: “We are appealing for anyone who may have seen Andrew or knows where he is to please come forward.
“We believe Andrew is with his father and would urge him to make contact with police."
The boy was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt with ‘surf legend’ written on the front and a nappy.
Police said it was believed Andrew and his father were travelling in a silver Ford Focus with the registration ending ‘ANF’. They may be heading towards the Reading area.
Anyone with information should call Thames Valley Police on 101.
Update: 5.30pm: Andrew has been found safe and well
