A paramedic died following a road traffic collision, an inquest heard.
Christopher Dark, 34, was behind the wheel of a Suzuki Celerio when it was involved in a crash with a Mercedes truck on the A4130 in Didcot on Thursday, July 8.
Oxford Coroner’s Court heard that Mr Dark had died at the John Radcliffe Hospital shortly after 9pm on the same day.
Opening the paramedic’s inquest, senior coroner for Oxfordshire Darren Salter said the cause of death was given as severe head trauma and added that the cause had involved a road traffic collision.
