BURGLARS stole a home cinema screen from a house while the residents were away for Christmas.
Police are appealing for witnesses after thieves broke into a property in North Street, Islip, between December 22 and December 29 - stealing a white 30in Apple Mac cinema screen.
PC Adam Taylor said: "This screen is quite distinctive and rare. It is designed specifically for media professionals.
"I would ask that if anyone has come into contact with such an item could they let us know.
"Also, if anyone saw any suspicious activity in that village over the Christmas period, please get in touch."
