Police officers stopped the BMW as it was heading out of Pingle Drive.

He said: "I was having a dinner/lunch with my girlfriend and at 5.20pm, five police cars did a hard stop on a car. All the police officers were armed.

"From what I can make out, there were three people in the car - two males and one female and all of them looked to be in their 20s."

Mr Jelski took a video of the incident which shows a man come out of the car with his hands raised moving towards the officers.

He slowly drops to his knees and appears to be arrested.

Thames Valley Police says the incident relates to a West Midlands Police case.

West Midlands Police has been contacted for comment.
