Slow traffic expected around city after vehicle breakdown
DELAYS are expected after a vehicle has broken down.
Slow traffic is expected for those vehicles approaching the Botley interchange on the A34 northbound due to a broken vehicle blocking a live lane.
Reports say a lorry has broken down and is causing 'long' delays.
