RYAN GIBBONS, 27, of Annesley Road, Oxford, was fined £440 and banned from driving for 18 months after he admitted possession of cannabis and drink driving a VW Golf on Oxford Road. Tests showed he had 68mcgs in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He must pay £85 costs and a £44 victim surcharge.

ANGELA JONES, 53, of no fixed address, admitted breaching a community protection notice by going to Blackbird Leys Community Centre on May 18 and urinating in public, as well as charges of disorderly behaviour and assaulting a police officer. She was fined £50 and ordered to pay £100 compensation to the officer and a £34 victim surcharge.

KRZYSZTOF SZALA, 35, of Cottongrass Road, Harwell, admitted drink driving a Honda Accord on the A40 near Witney. Tests showed he had 76mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35. He was fined £415, banned from driving for 20 months and ordered to pay £127 in costs and surcharge.

EMILY TAYLOR, 24, of Wootton, near Abingdon, admitted speeding on the A4142 Eastern Bypass. She was fined £300, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

STEPHEN BOOKER, 65, of Merton, Oxfordshire, pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined £100 but allowed to keep his driving licence as magistrates accepted he and his family would face exceptional hardship if he were banned from the roads. He was given three penalty points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

FERDINAND VARADY, 48, of Oxford Road, Kidlington, was fined £250 and banned from driving for a week after he pleaded guilty to speeding on Woodstock Road, Yarnton. He was ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

GARY WEBB, 57, of Eynsham, was found guilty of driving without a licence. He was fined £220, banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending and ordered to pay £122 in costs and surcharge.

OLDRICHA PODESVA, 34, of Mullein Road, Bicester, was fined £40 and given three points after he admitted speeding in Marlow. He was ordered to pay £122 in costs and surcharge.

RATU RINATIKOILUTU, 29, of Ambrosden, Oxfordshire, was fined £220, given three penalty points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge after he was found guilty of speeding on Launton Road, Bicester.

SIMON TAYLOR, 34, of Manor Road, Wantage, admitted speeding in Oakley, Buckinghamshire. He was fined £169, given three points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

WILLIAM TURNER, 31, of Warwick Road, Banbury, was fined £220 and given three penalty points after he was found guilty of speeding in Adderbury. He must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

JAMES WHYTE, 36, of Eynsham, Oxfordshire, was fined £100 and given three points after he admitted speeding on the B4022 in Witney. He must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

AHMED AHMED, 24, of Wood Farm Road, Headington, was found guilty of breaking coronavirus rules by taking part in a gathering of two or more people in a vehicle on Windale Avenue, Oxford, on January 15, 2021. He was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £266 in costs and surcharge.

LESZEK BENISLAWSKI, 36, of Becket Street, Oxford, was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £266 in costs and surcharge after magistrates found him guilty of breaching coronavirus rules by taking part in a gathering of two or more people in a house in Sandy Lane on January 12.

JOSHUA HANNAWAY, 19, of Ruscote Avenue, Banbury, was found guilty of breaching coronavirus rules by taking part in a gathering of two or more people at a house in The Musketeer, Ruscote Avenue. He was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £266 in costs and surcharge.

HUGO LETORT, 21, of Weldon Road, Oxford, was found guilty of breaching coronavirus rules by taking part in a gathering of two or more people at his home address on January 14. He was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £266 in costs and surcharge.

JAMES MILES, 22, of Ruscote Avenue, Banbury, was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £266 in costs and surcharge for breaching coronavirus rules by taking part in a gathering of two or more people at The Musketeer, Ruscote Avenue. The allegation against him was found proved.

MARIO SOARES, 40, of Hollow Way Close, Oxford, was found guilty of breaching coronavirus rules by taking part in a gathering of two or more people on Oxford Road, Cowley, in January. He was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £266 in costs and surcharge.

SHARLA CURTIS, 28, of Watchfield, Oxfordshire, admitted assaulting two police constables in Faringdon. She was ordered to pay £125 in compensation and £150 in costs.

JORDAN TUCKER, 21, of Meadow Way, Yarnton, was fined £300 and banned from driving for 16 months after he admitted drink driving a Vauxhall Astra in Marston on May 7. Tests showed he had 58mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35. He was ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

LEE TURNER, 32, of Hiskins, Wantage, admitted drug driving a VW Golf in Mill Street, Wantage. He was fined £201, banned from the roads for 14 months and told to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

LEIGHVI BYRNE, 33, of Aysgarth Road, Yarnton, was given a 12 month community order with 150 hours of unpaid work after she admitted being almost four times the drink drive limit. She was caught behind the wheel of a Mini Cooper in Sunderland Avenue, Oxford, when tests later showed she had 138mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35. She was banned from driving for three years and ordered to pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

CHARLIE MORGAN, 21, of Tansy Way, Carterton, was fined £230 and banned from driving for a year and a half after he admitted drink driving a Ford Fiesta in Minster Lovell on May 8. He was twice the drink drive limit. Magistrates ordered he pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

PHOEBE HALE, 31, of Botley Road, Oxford, admitted stealing vodka from M&S and the Oxford Wine Company. She was given a 12 month community order with a drug rehabilitation programme. Hale must pay £25 compensation.

DAN HARDY, 26, of Horley Drive, Banbury, was fined £480 and banned from driving for 17 months after he admitted drink driving a Ford Fiesta on the High Street, Banbury, on May 8. He was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £48 victim surcharge.
