Firefighters helped the driver of a lorry that had fallen on its side at a landfill site to safety.
A crew from Bicester Fire station supported colleagues from Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service, Thames Valley Police and South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust who were called at just after 8am this morning to a report of a lorry on its side at a landfill site in Buckinghamshire.

On arrival the driver of the Heavy Goods Vehicle was not seriously trapped.
The driver was assisted from the vehicle by fire crews and paramedics and taken to Hospital with what is now believed to be only minor injuries.
Fire crews said that quick actions by on site staff allowed easy access to the lorry to allow medically trained firefighters to give first aid.
