JACQUELINE JONES, 37, of Stonesfield, Witney, was fined £80 and given four penalty points after she admitted speeding on Manor Road, Woodstock. She must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

AGOSTINO LIVERTON, 33, of Gravel Hill, Henley-on-Thames, admitted speeding on the A4130 at Bix. He was fined £100 and must pay £124 in costs and surcharge. His licence was endorsed with four penalty points.

NAYEEM KHAN, 22, of John Garne Way, Oxford, was found guilty of driving without insurance last September. He was fined £660, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge. The case was proved by a single magistrate under the single justice procedure.

JUDY VINES, 64, of Nuffield, near Henley-on-Thames, was fined £660 and given six points on her licence after a magistrate found her guilty of failing to provide information about the driver of a Vauxhall Mokka. She must pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

ALEXANDER BELL, 49, of Bartlett Close, Witney, was found guilty of driving without insurance on Osney Lane, Oxford. He was banned for six months, fined £660 and ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

GEORGIA BURKE, 27, of Adderbury, near Banbury, was fined £660 and banned from the road for six months. A magistrate found an allegation that she failed to give police information about the driver of a BMW proved. She must pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

JESSICA DAY, 28, of Evans Way, Chipping Norton, was found guilty of speeding on the A40. She was caught doing 38mph in a 30 zone. Magistrates fined her £220, banned her from driving for six months as a ‘totter’ and ordered she pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

ELLA NORWOOD, 19, of Priory Road, Oxford, was given a 12 month conditional discharge. She admitted assaulting a woman by beating. The court ordered she pay £85 in costs and a £22 victim surcharge.

CURTIS WILLS, 26, of Deacon Way, Banbury, pleaded guilty to breaching a non-molestation order. He must perform 60 hours of unpaid work as part of a two year community order. A restraining order prevents him from contacting his victim or going to a property in Tackley. He must pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

ZETH GOLDSTONE, 20, of Corn Street, Witney, admitted damaging a door belonging to Oxford Youth, Witney, on December 5, 2020, and failing to answer bail. He was ordered to pay £996 compensation, fined £100 and told to pay £74 in costs and surcharge.

ROGER RADBURN, 45, of O’Hanlon House, Oxford, pleaded guilty to stealing £70-worth of perfume from Superdrug in April. He was fined £100 and a £34 victim surcharge, deemed paid by time served in custody.

ARSHAD KHAN, 47, of Church Lane, Banbury, was fined £200 and banned from driving for 20 months after he admitted drug driving a Honda Civic in Banbury. He was over the limit for cocaine derivative benzoylecgonine. He was ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

JED DENTON, 27, of London Road, Oxford, admitted drug driving a Ford Ranger on the A41 near Bicester. He was fined £250, disqualified from driving for 18 months and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

JENNIFER FORD, 61, of Scrutton Close, Oxford, pleaded guilty to making threatening phone calls, disorderly behaviour and damaging a wall and door of flats in Scrutton Close, Headington. She must pay £400 compensation and a £200 fine.

DELFIN XIMENES-CARVALHO, 29, of Benson Road, Oxford, was sentenced to 16 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for two years after he admitted two counts of assaulting a woman by beating. He must take part in the Building Better Relationships programme and up to five rehabilitation activity requirement days. A restraining order prevents him from contacting his victim until May 2023. He was ordered to pay £150 in compensation, £300 costs and a £128 victim surcharge.

GWYN JONES, 55, of Glyme Close, Woodstock, pleaded guilty to breaching a sexual harm prevention order by failing to notify police he had an iPhone, two other phones and a black tablet. He also admitted possession of cannabis. He was ordered to do 120 hours of unpaid work and up to 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days as part of an 18 month community order. He must pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

LEIGHTON BROUGHTON, 20, of Eastington Road, Banbury, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in Calthorpe Street, Banbury, on April 18, 2021, and disorderly behaviour. He was given a six month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £107 in costs and surcharge.

JOSHUA CHAMPION, 25, of Field Avenue, Oxford, admitted possession of cannabis. He was fined £120 and must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

DAMIEN PAINTIN, 31, of Saunders Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by not attending unpaid work in April. He was resentenced to four weeks’ imprisonment suspended for a year.

CAMERON BOLTON, 21, of Woodcroft, Oxford, was fined £261 and banned from driving for a year after he was caught over the cannabis drug driving limit while driving a VW in Botley on November 13, 2020. He must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

BENJAMIN MILLS, 36, of Gladstone Road, Oxford, admitted drug driving a VW Golf on the A420 London Road. He was banned from driving for a year, fined £160 and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

MARK OLLIFFE, 46, of Folly Bridge, Oxford, was given an absolute discharge after he pleaded guilty to entering a property in Bartlemas Road in March in breach of a closure order.

ROBERT WINSTON, 41, of Chilton, Didcot, admitted breaching a non-molestation order by sending emails. He was given a 12 month community order with up to 12 rehabilitation activity requirement days, fined £500 and ordered to pay £695 in costs and surcharge. A restraining order prevents him from contacting his victim or going to an address in Berkshire.

ROSS GOULDING, 38, of Grove, near Wantage, admitted disorderly behaviour. He was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £62 in costs and surcharge.

DAVID AJERE, 23, of Bulan Road, Oxford, admitted driving without a licence or insurance. He was fined £325, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

DANIEL BLYTH, 35, of Nettlebed, Henley-on-Thames, pleaded guilty to driving without insurance. He was fined £300, given six penalty points and must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

BENJAMIN BUTLER, 42, of The Slade, Oxford, was fined £660 and given three points after he was found guilty of driving without a licence and on a bald tyre on Norfolk Street, Oxford. He must pay £134 in costs and surcharge.

CARLTON CHRISTIAN, 27, of Marjoram Close, Oxford, was found guilty of driving without insurance. Fined £660, given six points and must pay £156 in costs and surcharge.
