A much loved care assistant at Southerndown Care Home in Chipping Norton was celebrating after receiving a prestigious Long Service Award.
Wilma Estupa started at Barchester Healthcare in June 2011 and has worked for 10 years to meet the needs of residents and their relatives.
Regional director Xin Zhao and divisional director Lorna Rose presented the award.
Ms Rose said: “I’m always pleased to hear stories about the long service of Barchester staff, and am delighted to be here today as Wilma has achieved this milestone. It is dedication like this that ensures our residents are provided with a happy place to live.”
Lorraine Ball, general manager of Southerndown, added: “Wilma has demonstrated her dedication and loyalty to this home and its residents year after year.
“I speak for all of us here at Southerndown Care Home when I say that I’m looking forward to many more years of working with Wilma.”
