An alleged robber will stand trial in December accused of stealing two Capri Sun drinks.
David James, 50, is accused of robbing another of the juice cartons, coins, a chocolate bar and cigarettes on April 20, 2021, in Oxford.
Appearing before Oxford Crown Court yesterday via video link, James, of Bodley Place, Oxford, pleaded not guilty to the single robbery charge.
He was remanded in custody by Judge Nigel Daly and the trial fixed for December 20.
