An escaped mental health patient who police warn should not be approached remains missing today.
Leigh Cooper, 26 - described by police as unpredictable and volatile - disappeared from the Warneford Hospital, in Oxford, where he was a patient, on Christmas Eve. He was sectioned under the Mental Health Act.
Mr Cooper, who is from Oxford and thought to still be in the area, claimed to have recently become a Muslim. Police believe he could be attracted to mosques and other Islamic institutions.
He is about 5ft 10in, with ginger hair and a beard.
Anyone with information should call police on 08458 505505 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
