A FATHER and son from Banbury have been charged with attempting to import Class-A drugs into the UK.
Paul Clynes, 45, and Michael Clynes, 22, both of Woodfield, Ruscote, were jointly charged on Deember 29 with attempting to import Class-A drugs into the UK.
Police said the charges were in relation to an attempt to smuggle 45g of cocaine into the country from Gambia.
They were bailed to appear at Banbury Magistrates' Court on January 8.
