A DAMNING report by health experts, which rated a GP practice in Oxford 'inadequate', has been branded 'deeply concerning' by an county MP.
Following the publication earlier this month of watchdogs from the Care Quality Commission's report on Botley Medical Centre, Oxford West and Abingdon MP Layla Moran revealed that she is working with constituents to address their concerns about patient services at the practice.
The report downgraded the services at the Botley Medical Centre from 'requires improvement' to 'inadequate'.

It identified 'extensive' concerns about the lack of training of staff, the maintenance of clinical records and medications, and revealed that patients there are at 'risk of harm'.
Ms Moran said: "My priority is ensuring my constituents have access to timely, professional medical services in Botley, Cumnor, Kennington and surrounding areas, and that they are communicated with, and consulted, throughout this process in a timely and transparent manner.
"They must be involved every step of the way.
"I urge any Botley patients to read updates on the practice’s website, and any constituents who have issues or concerns can get in touch with me."
