A HOMELESS man is said to have breached a court order – by dancing in the street.
Jose Phillips, 59, is accused of stopping with his trolley in George Street and dancing in the road on June 8, 2021.
If proven, the allegations would put him in breach of a criminal behaviour order originally imposed in 2017 that prevents him from walking in the highway unless crossing the road.
Appearing before Oxford Magistrates’ Court, Phillips, of no fixed address, pleaded not guilty to breaching a criminal behaviour order.
He was bailed to return to court on June 15.
