A West Midlands man is accused of having knife in public.

Anthony Swinburn, 36, is said to have been in possession of the black handled kitchen knife in De La Warr End, Banbury, on October 22, 2020.

At Oxford Crown Court on Tuesday, Judge Michael Gledhill QC provisionally set the case down for trial on September 27.

Swinburn, of Lower Ford Street, Coventry, and who was not present at court, must attend a hearing in late June.
