A woman is due in court accused of causing the death of a motorcyclist in Shipton-under-Wychwood last summer.
Gail Savage, 54, has been charged with causing death by careless driving.
Prosecutors claim she was behind the wheel of a Mercedes on the B4437 when she struck Kawasaki rider Martin Malins, 50s, on August 3.
Savage, of Over Norton, Oxfordshire, is yet to enter pleas to the charge. She is due before Oxford Crown Court this afternoon for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
