THERE will be no frantic bidding at a special charity auction in Grove - everything will be done in complete silence.
Wantage Rotary Club and Inner Wheel are joining forces to organise a charity silent auction to raise money for a wheelchair swing for the young people at Helen and Douglas House Hospice in Oxford.
The event will be at the Old Mill Hall on March 1 at 7pm. The £7.50 a head tickets are limited to 250.
Items for auction will be taken to the hall from 3.30pm or can be collected by prior arrangement. Details on 01235 771027.
