THOMAS FLEETWOOD, 33 of The Green, Cassington, admitted driving without wearing a seat belt on Woodstock Road, Yarnton on September 22. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34.

LAL SHERPA, 50, of Rymers Lane, Oxford, admitted driving at 90mph in a 70mph zone on the A40 in Oxford on September 15. He was fined £146, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

DARYLE SMART, 33, of Bulan Road, Oxford, admitted driving without wearing a seat belt on the A329 in Little Milton on September 18. He was fined £146, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90.

CHRISTOPHER THOMAS, 58, of Newbarn Close, Thame, was convicted of driving at 36mph in a 30mph zone on Oxford Road, Tiddington on September 23. He was fined £220, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

JOANNE VANNI, 50, of School Lane, Henley, was convicted of driving at 63mph in a 40mph zone on the A4130 Bix on September 22. She was fined £440, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £90. Her driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.

KEVIN WALSH, 25, of Shelley Close, Abingdon, admitted driving at 35mph in a 30mph zone on Wootton Road, Abingdon on September 30. He also admitted driving at 35mph on the same road on October 14. In total, he was fined £310, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £68 and court costs of £180. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

LAURA WATERS, 41, of Kiln Lane, Oxford, was convicted of driving at 82mph in a 70mph zone on the A40 in Oxford on September 14. She was fined £220, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. Her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

COSMIN PURICOI, 28, of Broughton Road, Banbury, was convicted of driving without third party insurance and without a licence on the A423 in Banbury on September 16. In total, he was fined £880, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £88 and court costs of £90. He was also disqualified from driving for six months.

NATNAEL YERMANE, 22, of Cowley Road, Oxford, admitted drug-driving on the A41 Oxford Road, Bicester on October 19. He had 5.2mcg of cannabis in one litre of blood, above the legal limit of 2mcg. He was fined £392, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £39 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

JAMIE MARTIN, 28, of Freeman Road, Didcot, admitted driving at 64mph in a 30mph zone on the A4130 Abingdon Road, Rowstock on October 22. He was fined £750, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £75 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

RAFAL BYDON, 44, of no fixed abode, admitted being drunk and disorderly and common assault of an police officer at Didcot Parkway railway station on March 21. He was jailed for 10 days. In total, he was fined £65, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £128 and court costs of £85.

DANIEL LUDLOW, 56, of Percy Street, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with notification requirements of the Sexual Offences Act on December 8. In total, he was fined £347, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £180. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

MEGAN BRAIN, 26, of Yarrow Road, Bodicote, was convicted of driving at 66mph in a 50mph zone on the A34 Trunk Road (Botley Interchange) on October 1. She was fined £440, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £90. Her driving licence was endorsed with four penalty points.
