OXFORD MAGISTRATES' COURT

PAWEL ZITANS, 41, of Sycamore Way, Didcot, admitted driving at 81mph in a 60mph zone on the A34 in Radley on September 20. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with four penalty points.

ANDREW ROBINSON, 52, of Botley Road, Oxford admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order on April 19 and April 21 by using abusive words of a racist nature in a public place. He also admitted using racial or religiously aggravated words to cause harassment in Oxford on April 19 and 21. He was jailed for four weeks, suspended for 12 months. He was also fined £100 in total.

PAUL MARKHAM, 49, of Cowley Road, Oxford, admitted stealing £50 worth of Yankee Candles from Boots on Cornmarket Street on July 23, as well as £47.98 of candles from the same shop on July 24 and £263.99 worth of candles from the shop on July 25. He went back to the shop on July 26 and stole £167.93 worth of candles and again on July 31, and took £108 worth of candles. He was ordered to pay compensation of £637.90 and court costs of £100.

LUCY CARTWRIGHT, 44, of Bertie Place, Oxford, admitted two counts of assault by beating a woman at Oxford Railway Station on Park End Street on February 11, as well as two counts of assault by beating a police officer. She was made subject to a community order and as part of that, must have electronic monitoring for three months. She must also attend appointments with a responsible officer for eight days. She was also ordered to pay compensation of £350 in total.

MARC EMBLING-JONES, 35, of Wasbrough Avenue, Wantage admitted being a person who imported, produced, carried, kept, treated or disposed of controlled waste at land at Gramps Hill, Letcombe Bassett on or before July 8. He also admitted being a person who imported, produced, carried, kept treated or disposed of controlled waste, and failed to to take all reasonable measures to prevent the escape of waste from his or another person's control on the same day at the same location. He also admitted two counts of not being the authorised person to dispose of the waste. He was fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £560.

STUART WEBB, 49, of Springfield Drive, Abingdon, admitted threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards a man on Springfield Drive, Abingdon on March 26. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £50.

TOBIAS BRYANT, 30, of South Side, Steeple Aston, admitted drink-driving on Oxford Road, Oxfordshire, on March 28. He had 83mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £925, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £92 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 22 months.

WADZANAI JAURE, 39, of no fixed adobe, admitted breaching the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on September 15 by failing to attend unpaid work sessions on December 3 and a telephone appointment on February 22 and not having a reasonable excuse. He was fined £40.

SAMUEL BENSON, 18, of Juniper Way, Didcot, admitted driving without third party insurance and without a licence on Reading Road, Harwell on March 29. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for six months.

ROBERT BOGACKI, 34, of Middleton Road, Banbury, admitted criminal damage by spray painting in North Street, Banbury on November 6. He also admitted harassment between October 17 and November 8, and failing to attend Oxford Magistrates' Court on March 4 after being released on bail. He was made subject to a community order whereby he must attend appointments with the responsible officer for a maximum of 20 days. He was also made subject to a restraining order and must not contact the victim until April 2023. He was also fined £200, ordered to pay victim surcharge costs of £95 and court costs of £85.

THOMAS GARRITY, 32, of Cowley, Oxford, admitted begging and wandering abroad on High Street, Oxford on March 1. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34.

THOMAS SPARROWHAWK, 25, of Hugh Allen Crescent, Marston, admitted driving a car without due care and attention on West Way on November 23. He was fined £293, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.

MIHAI-ALEXANDRU CHIRCUTA, 31, of Finsbury Place, Chipping Norton, admitted driving a car without third party insurance and without a licence on the A361 on March 20. He was fined £368, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £37 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

GUY CLARK, 47, of Masons Road, Oxford was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver on December 1 in Kidlington. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

STEVEN DILLEY, 39, of Colville Close, Bampton, was convicted of driving a vehicle without third party insurance on Faringdon Road, Gozzards Ford, on October 29. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

HANNAH GREENHAIGH, 28, of Benson Close, was convicted of driving a vehicle without third party insurance on Howes Lane, Bicester on October 17. She was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. Her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

MARK NADIN, 60, of Spenlove Close, admitted driving a vehicle without third party insurance on Oxford Road, Abingdon on October 22. He was fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and courts costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

CHANELLE ORAM, 23, of Wordsworth Road, Abingdon, was convicted of driving a vehicle without a licence on Marcham Road, Abingdon on October 27. She was fined £220, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. Her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

HAMED SALUM, 19, of Bernwood Road, Oxford, admitted driving a vehicle without a licence on St Clements Street, Oxford, on March 13. He was fined £46, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
