OXFORD MAGISTRATES' COURT

JOSHUA BEDFORD, 32, of Botley Road, Oxford, admitted assault by beating a man on April 21, 2021 in Oxford, as well as breaching supervision requirements following release from prison. He was ordered to pay compensation of £200, and was fined £75.

AARON FRANKLIN, 29, of Woodley, Oxfordshire, admitted breaching the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on September 3 by failing to attend a telephone appointment on December 14 and January 28, and not having a reasonable excuse. He was dealt with for the original offence and the community order was amended. He was fined £150.

SARFRAZ NAWAZ, 39, of Netherwoods Road, Oxford, admitted not providing a specimen for analysis when asked by a police officer after being suspected of a driving offence on March 25 at Abingdon Police Station. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for six months.

ROBERT RAJCHEL, 46, of Judds Close, Witney, admitted drink-driving on Burford Road on February 1. He had 101mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was made subject of a community order, as part of that, he must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 36 months.

SHANE WALKER, 25, of Ernest Road, Didcot, admitted drink-driving on Waxes Close on October 11. He had 282mcg of alcohol per 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80mcg. He was made subject to a community order and as part of that, must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 29 months.

DIOR HONEY-BLADES, 25, of The Avenue, Wheatley, admitted drug-driving on Between Towns Road, Oxford on November 12. He had 4.3mcg of cannabis in one litre of blood, above the legal limit of 2mcg. He also admitted drug-driving on Thames Street, Oxford on November 1. He had 7mcg of cannabis in one litre of blood, above the legal limit of 2mcg. He was fined £200 in total, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £68 and court costs of £170. He was also disqualified from driving for 15 months.

MUSTAFA ALI, 26, of Canal Street, Oxford, was convicted of driving at 38mph in a 30mph zone on Headington Road, Oxford on September 29. He was fined £220, ordered to pay a victim surcharge cost of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

VANESSA BARKER, 49, of Besselsleigh, Abingdon, was convicted of driving at 47mph in a 30mph zone on Besselsleigh Road, Wootton on September 21. She was fined £440, ordered to pay a victim surcharge cost of £44 and court costs of £90. Her driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.

AMAYA CATALAN, 46, of Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver when required between November 17 and December 15 in Banbury. She was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. Her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ANDRZEJ DABROWSKI, 74, of Mallards Way, Bicester, was convicted of driving at 37mph in a 30mph zone on Launton Road, Bicester on September 30. He was also convicted of driving at 39mph in a 30mph zone on the same road on October 8, and again on October 7 when he admitted driving at 38mph. He was fined £506 in total, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £102 and court costs of £225. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

NIKOLA DOBROVOLNA, 27, of Redwing Close, Bicester, admitted driving at 83mph in a 70mph zone on the M40 on September 20. She was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £45. Her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

SAMANTHA FREEMAN, 37, of Pym Walk, Thame was convicted for failing to give information when required relating to the identification of a driver when required between November 10 and December 8 in Banbury. She was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. Her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

EMMA HALL, 51, of Panshill, Kidlington, admitted failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver when required between October 2 and October 30 in Banbury. She was fined £220, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. Her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ROBERT JEACOCK, 52, of Woodpiece Road, Upper Arncott, was convicted of driving without wearing a seat belt on the A40 Northway, Oxford, on September 16. He was fined £220, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90.
