Oxford is in the top ten in England for the highest percentage of local authority-owned homes in need of a boiler replacement.
According to research by OnlineMortgageAdvisor.co.uk Oxford makes it to the top ten with 8.62 per cent of boilers needing replacing.

This percentage is from the 7,502 boilers that needed replacing in 2019-2020 in Oxford local authority-owned homes.
The city joins Cambridge, Leeds, Lewisham and Slough and Tower Hamlets which has 11,477 homes that needed boilers replacing in 2019-2020.
