THREE men wearing balaclavas attempted to break into several homes.
The incidents happened between 8pm and 8.30pm on Monday May 10 to several homes on Arlington Drive, Fairfax Road and Rippington Drive, Marston.
The men are believed to have travelled through the back gardens of multiple properties bordering the Exeter Sports ground and later exited into the field near Fairfax Avenue.
However, nothing was stolen.
The first offender is described as a black man, in his twenties and athletic build. He was wearing a black balaclava and blue latex gloves.
The second offender is described as a black man, in his twenties. He was also wearing a black balaclava and red gloves.
The third offender is described as a black man, in his twenties and of medium build. He was wearing a light grey tracksuit bottoms, a black puffer jacket and white shoes.
Investigating officer, Detective Constable Archie Coyne based at St Aldates police station, said: “This incident took place in a residential area near to a field and it is likely that a number of people were walking past. I am keen to hear from anyone with any information that could assist with this investigation."
