Police seize uninsured car
POLICE stopped a motorist who was driving with no insurance.
Officers reported the driver today after their Mini being driven on the A415 Marcham Road in Abingdon alerted their ANPR (automatic number plate recognition) system as having no insurance.
The vehicle was seized.
