A HUGE spike in delivery text scams has been detected this past month.
Analysts at payments provider Dojo have revealed the top 10 brands most used in phishing SMS attacks by fraudsters, in an effort to scam people across the UK.
The data looked at the number of Google searches for well-known text scams and discovered how these have become more prevalent over the past couple of months.

The scams that saw the highest increase were a Hermes scam text, Royal Mail scam text and DVLA scam text.
The text scams impersonate the company and usually ask for money or payment details.
