OXFORD MAGISTRATES' COURT

JULIAN GUNNETT, 47, of Wilsdon Way, Kidlington, was convicted of getting on a train at Didcot Parkway and not paying a fare of £58.10 on November 12. He was fined £660, ordered to pay compensation of £58.10, a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £180.

CHRIS MILLER, 49, of Croxford Gardens, Kidlington, was convicted of getting on a train at Oxford station and not paying a fare of £114.50 on October 21. He was fined £220, ordered to pay compensation of £114.20, a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £180.

ANDREA PAJA-DIAZ, 28, of Walton Crescent, Oxford, was convicted of getting on a train at Oxford station and not paying a fare of £25.50 on November 4. He was fined £220, ordered to pay compensation of £25.50, a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £180.

LEANNE COLSH, 38, of Burwell Drive, Witney, admitted drink-driving on October 11 in Cassington. She had 309mcg of alcohol per 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80mcg. She was made subject to a community order and must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. She must also pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85. She was disqualified from driving for 33 months.

OLIVER VAMOS, 41, of Waterloo Drive, Banbury, admitted drink-driving on December 13 in Portsmouth. He had 49mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He also admitted driving without a licence and without third party insurance on the same day. He was fined £538 in total, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £53 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 14 months.

ZAC SANGER-REYNOLDS, 25, of Valentia Road, Headington, admitted being in possession of cannabis, a class B drug, on March 4 in Oxford. He was fined £40, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He must also forfeit the drugs to be destroyed.

KEITH ENGLAND, 57, of Middleton Road, Banbury, admitted assault occasioning in actual bodily harm on June 27 in Banbury. He was jailed for 26 weeks suspended for 18 months. In that time he must have treatment for his alcohol dependency for 12 months. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £128 and court costs of £85.

DANIEL MCMASTER, 32, of Landsown Road, Faringdon, admitted two counts of common assault of an emergency worker on September 1 in Faringdon. He was jailed for 21 days. In the court document it said he spat at a police officer.

JOSHUA HANNAWAY, 19, of Plumpton Road, Bicester, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Bicester as well as assault by beating of an emergency worker on November 13. He was ordered to pay compensation of £250 and court costs of £85.

VALDENI CAETANO, 55, of Bartholomew Road, Oxford, admitted driving without a licence on October 8 in Oxford. He was fined £94, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

MARC DAY, 46, of Church Lane, Abingdon, admitted failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver when required between September 19 and November 2 in Banbury. He was fined £350, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £35 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

KLEVIS DOCI, 20, of Halliday Hill, Oxford, admitted driving without third party insurance on October 2 in Marston. He was fined £440, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

OLIVEIRA FELISBERTO, 28, of Cowley Road, Oxford, admitted driving than otherwise in accordance with a licence on March 6. He was fined £116, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

MARK HOSKINS, 59, of Brookmead Drive, Wallingford, admitted driving at 43mph in a 30mph zone on September 17 in Wallingford. He was fined £307, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licenice was also endorsed with four penalty points.

DION POWELL, 27, of Bassett Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving without a licence and third party insurance on October 2 in Oxford. He was fined £880 in total, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £88 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
