INVESTIGATIONS into the deaths of 18 people will be held at Oxford Coroners’ Court this week.

From 10am on Tuesday, the coroner will conclude the inquests into the deaths of:

  • Tycoon Murungweni, 42, who died on November 14 on the A4421 on Bicester
  • Marie Abbott, 34, who died on November 14 on the A4421
  • Deirdre O’Flinn, 60, who died on February 3 in Oxford
  • Frank Pullen, 97, who died on March 26 in the John Radcliffe Hospital

From 12.30pm the inquests will be opened into the deaths of:

  • Peter Blackwell, 82, who died on February 20 in Chipping Norton
  • Christopher Sparkes, 79, who died on April 24 in the Churchill Hopsital
  • Joseph Harrow, 19, who died on April 21 in Harwell
  • Luke Keen, 36, who died on February 28 in Banbury
  • Stephen Griffiths, 58, who died on April 20 in Bicester
  • Benjamin Murphy, 22, who died on April 27 in Thame

The inquest will also open and close into the death of Stephen Bosley, 56, who died in Abingdon on March 7.

On Wednesday, the coroner will also close the inquests into the deaths of:

  • Mohammed Maarouf, 36, who died on December 25 in Abingdon
  • Aaron Clark, 31, who died on January 6 in the John Radcliffe Hospital
  • Adam Warren, 27, who died on January 3 in Wantage
  • George Keith, 81, who died on January 19 in the John Radcliffe Hospital
  • Alan Beckley, 73, who died on January 8 in the John Radcliffe Hospital
  • Lilian Beasley, 90, who died on January 29 in Katharine House Hospice
  • Yasen Boyadzhiev, 34, who died on February 1 in Oxford
