MANUEL NETO, 33, of Dene Road, Oxford, admitted driving at 38mph in a 30mph zone on Headington Road in Oxford on September 4. He was fined £150, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

BRIAN PHELAN, 60, of Bath Road, Banbury, admitted driving at 37mph in a 30mph zone on Aynho Road, Adderbury, on September 4. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court cost of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

LORRAN TEIXEIRA, 22, of Dene Road, Oxford, admitted driving with no third party insurance on Dene Road on September 20. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

BEN THORNTON, 24, of Poplar Close, Garsington, admitted driving at 44mph in a 30mph zone on the A4074 in Warborough on September 5. He was fined £293, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with five penalty points.

GEMMA TIBBETTS, 35, of Evenlode, Banbury, admitted driving at 43mph in a 30mph zone on Bloxham Road, Banbury, on September 29. She was fined £216, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. Her driving licence was also endorsed with four penalty points.

HERMENEGILDO TJUNG, 31, of Peat Moors, Headington, admitted driving without a licence and third party insurance on January 9 on Latimer Road, Oxford. He was fined £430, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £43 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

DEAN VEITCH, 28, of Lewell Avenue, Old Marston, admitted driving at 37mph in a 30pmph zone on Headington Road on September 4. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

TANIA BROWN, 53, of Harlow Way, Marston, was convicted of breaching a restraining order made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on October 1 by putting a bin on a grassed area on Rosamund Road on November 20. Her restraining order was changed and she must not go to the address or the grassed area until April 2023. She was also fined £180, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £400.

MAGS O'ROURKE, 53, of Chawley Lane, Cumnor, was convicted of drink-driving on Botley Road on March 21. She had 86mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. She was fined £180, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £450. She was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

ROBERT BELCHER, 52, of Padbury Drive, Banbury, admitted arson at Padbury Drive, Banbury on April 5. He was discharged conditionally for six months but was ordered to pay compensation of £500.

MARK LEWINGTON, 49, of Ray Road, Bicester, admitted drug-driving on Foxhangers, Rowde on December 19, 2017. He had 166mcg of benzoylecgonine per 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 50mcg. He was fined £150 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

CLINT HURN, 37, of Mortimer Road, Rose Hill, was convicted of criminal damage to a wing mirror of a Mercedes car, costing £536, on October 23, 2019. He also admitted failing to surrender to bail at Oxford Magistrates' Court on February 5. He was fined £288 in total and ordered to pay compensation of £536.64. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £620.

SHELLEY BOALER, 33, of Wyatt Road, Oxford, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis when requested on August 16 in Abingdon after being suspected of a driving offence. She also admitted assault by beating of an emergency worker, namely a police constable, on August 16. She was made subject to a community order and must abstain from drinking alcohol for 90 days. She must also pay compensation of £300, court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £95. She was also disqualified from driving for 36 months.

TYLER LITTLE, 19, of Reynolds Way, admitted taking a vehicle without the owners consent on Sutton Courtenay High Street on March 15 as well as driving dangerously on Ermin Street, Newbury on the same day. He also admitted assault by beating of a police officer at Abingdon police station on March 16, being in possession of cannabis, a Class B drug, on Tamar Way, Didcot, and criminal damage to Abingdon Police Station by throwing food around the cell. He was jailed for a total of 16 weeks suspended for 24 months as part of that he must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. He was also disqualified from driving for two years and must pay a victim surcharge of £128 as well as court costs of £85.

CHRISTOPHER MERTHA, 30, of Acacia Close, Carterton, admitted failing without a reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on July 9 by not attending a planned office appointments on January 13 and 28. The community order was varied and he must now attend appointments for 10 days.

LUKE EDWARDS, 21, of Bourne Street, Didcot, admitted drug-driving on September 23 in Abingdon. He had 3.8mcg of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (cannabis) in his 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 2mcg. He was fined £180, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

JONATHAN MARNEY, 33, of Robsart Place, Cumnor, admitted driving whilst disqualified, driving without insurance and drink-driving on January 20 on the A40 in Witney. He had 72mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was made subject to a community order and must abstain from drinking alcohol for 120 days. He must also carry out 150 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months, pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 36 months.

HAMZA SIDDIQUE, 20, of Lynmouth Road, Didcot, admitted assault by beating on January 3 in Edmonds Park, Didcot. He was made subject to a community order and must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £500.

JOHN BULLOCK, 43, of Hedgemead Avenue, Abingdon, was convicted of speeding on Oxford Road. He was fined £146, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with three points.
