Last weekend we reported a sighting of movie star Florence Pugh at her dad Clinton’s restaurant on Cowley Road.

She wrote on Instagram:  "The best elderflower pressé in town!

"Meet Mr. Pugh.. the man of Dawson Street. We all grew up in Cafe Coco and Kazbar, so it’s always so sentimental and a total treat to come back and be home again."

Soho Farmhouse, near Great Tew, is the A-listers' favourite country retreat and is reported to have been the venue for Megan Markle’s hen do. She was photographed by paparazzi on a bicycle in the grounds.

Rebekah Brooks (ex-Sun and News of the World editor) and Charlie Brooks (Rebekah’s husband, racehorse trainer, author), have been spotted at Cocklebarrow Races.

David Cameron (PR chief turned beleaguered former Prime Minister) and fashion designer wife Samantha were pictured at the opening night of Soho Farmhouse.

Matthew Freud (PR supremo) used to be married to Elizabeth Murdoch (daughter of newspaper tycoon Rupert Murdoch) and had a huge home in Burford. She shopped in Castle Butchers (now the Burford Farm Shop) on the high street.

And Jeremy Clarkson (car aficionado, farmer, and The Sunday Times columnist) can be spotted at his Diddly Squat farm shop near Chadlington.

Blur bass player-turned-cheesemaker Alex James hosts The Big Feastival (27 - 29 August) annual food and music festival, on his farm in Kingham. Peter and Abbey Crouch were photographed there. Mr James is a fan of The Wild Rabbit in Kingham.

There's celeb sightings a-plenty at Wilderness festival at Cornbury Park in Charlbury (August 5 – 8). Attendees have included presenter Jonathan Ross, Benedict Cumberbatch, and Game of Thrones actor Kit Harrington, models Daisy Lowe and Cara Delevingne and London mayor hopeful Laurence Fox. 

As for the Beckhams, Romeo Beckham, has been spotted carrying a bag from Mr Simms Olde Sweet Shoppe in Chipping Norton.

Dad David has been a customer at Mrs Bumbles deli in Burford. Mr Beckham also took daughter Harper to Cotswold Wildlife Park where pioneering record producer and musician Brian Eno has also been seen.

Supermodel Kate Moss enjoyed dinner with her then husband rocker Jamie Hince at the Five Alls pub in Filkins before celebrating her 40th birthday.

The couple were regulars at The Swan at Southrop and married in the village in 2011 with guests including Jude Law and Sadie Frost visiting the pub.

Creator of the Inspector Morse stories, the late Colin Dexter, featured The Randolph Hotel in both his and Morse’s lives. Morse was often to be found pondering cases there, while staff at the hotel said the writer would often visit various rooms to help him get details for a storyline. There is a Morse Bar at the hotel which is due to reopen in June following massive renovations.

Supergrass - Gaz and Rob Coombes, Danny Goffey and Mick Quinn - performed a live-streamed gig last August at The Bullingdon in Oxford. The show was a collaboration with Goose Island Brewery and was a launch event for the new Supergrass-inspired beer Man Sized Brew Sir, which was named after the band's song Mansize Rooster.

Actor Shaun Evans has been snapped filming the eighth series of critically-acclaimed Endeavour in Oxford. Mr Evans, who is reprising his role as DS Endeavour Morse, is directing the first of the three new films. Roger Allam stars as DCI Fred Thursday.

Sinead O'Connor has been spotted drinking at The George Hotel in Wallingford and the late George Michael, who had a home in Goring, was seen browsing antiques shops in the town. 

Henley has a long been a bolthole for the rich and famous. Comedian turned self-styled revolutionary Russell Brand and his family have become residents and he has been seen out and about.
