PLANS for a massive solar park in Oxfordshire set to power more than 6,000 homes are progressing.
It is hoped building will start on the 19.2 MW ground mount Ray Valley Solar park in Arncott, near Bicester at the end of May.

Details of the project design, which is being carried out by European contractor Engie Fabricom and managed by Low Carbon Limited, have been agreed.
Low Carbon Limited is expected to receive formal notice in the next couple of weeks about when construction.
It has signed its formal connection agreement with Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks.
