A BROKEN down lorry on a motorway in Oxfordshire is causing lengthy delays this morning.
There is currently heavy congestion on the M40 southbound by Junction 9 where the vehicle is stranded.

Drivers are urged to avoid the area as queues are longer than three miles.
This follows an earlier incident on the M40 today.

The vehicle is now being cleared.
