H&M is giving out free suits for men who have job interviews.
The clothing store, which has branches in Oxford's Westgate and in Didcot, will be giving anyone attending a job interview a selection of H&M suits for 24 hours, so anyone attending a job interview can 'make a powerful first impression'.
The initiative, called ONE/SECOND/SUIT, is aiming to open more doors and boost confidence for job interview candidates.

Research reveals it only takes a second for potential employers to assess a candidate based on the first impression - ONE/SECOND/SUIT aims to tackle this bias by ensuring the candidate's potential is not overlooked by what the interviewee is wearing.
Sara Spannar, head of marketing and communications at H&M said: "Job interviews can be a nerve-wracking experience, but we believing nothing should hold you back, least of all what you wear.
"The ONE/SECOND/SUIT is ready to wear confidence.
"A signal to the world and a reminder to yourself that you have got what it takes."
