POLICE dispersed a large number of young people who were gathered in an Oxfordshire park.
Thames Valley Police's South Oxfordshire team tweeted that it had to issue a Section 34 order and Section 35 notices at the weekend in Albert Park in Abingdon.
The notices require a person to leave a specified area and not return for a period of time if they were causing or likely to cause antisocial behaviour.
2/2. This was in light of the large number of young people gathering in hot spot areas. On Friday the authority was utilised by 4 PCSO’s from the #Abingdon Neighbourhood team. They dispersed large groups from Albert Park & a number of Section 35 notices were given. #C9441

Antisocial behaviour at Albert Park is a persistent problem as police had to break up more than 100 people who were congregating in the park on March 31.
Groups of teens were also spotted 'drinking and urinating' during the Easter Bank Holiday weekend.
