OXFORD MAGISTRATES' COURT

CHRISTINA PILAT, 44, of North Hinksey Lane, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information about a driver when required between November 18 and December 16 in Banbury. She was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. Her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

GARY STACEY, 39, of Little Milton, Oxford, admitted driving at 44mph in a 30mph zone on the B4011 in Oakley. He was fined £153, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with four penalty points.

JILL WADE, 52, of High Acres, Banbury, admitted driving at 46mph in a 30mph zone on Aynho Road, Adderbury, on August 19. She was fined £172, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. Her driving licence was also endorsed with four penalty points.

LUKE EJODAMEN, 50, of Bulan Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving without a licence and without third party insurance on Old Road, Oxford, on October 22. He was fined £880, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £88 and court costs of £90. He was disqualified from driving for six months.

RICKY HISSEY, 19, of Wellington Street, Wantage, admitted criminal damage to three wing mirrors of a cars, costing £84.38, £61.58 and £59.18 in Wantage on July 27. He was fined £40, ordered to pay compensation of £205.14 and a victim surcharge of £34.

VYTAUTAS JARUTIS, 31, of Phipps Road, Oxford, admitted failing to provide specimen for analysis on November 8 in Oxford. He was fined £583, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £58 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 40 months.

DALE HALL, 33, of Hayward Bridge Road, Oxford, was convicted of criminal damage to a car costing £450 in Oxford on May 25. He was fined £450, ordered to pay compensation of £400, a victim surcharge of £45 and court costs of £250.

PIOTR WITUKIEWICZ, 42, of Botley Road, Oxford, was convicted of harassment with intent to cause distress to a woman on October 3 on Botley Road, Oxford. He was made subject to a restraining order and was banned from going to a property on Botley Road until March 2022. He was also fined £86, ordered to pay compensation of £150 and a victim surcharge of £34.

LAUREN MULLINS, 27, of Balliol Drive, Didcot, admitted driving whilst disqualified and without third party insurance on December 12 in Didcot. She was made subject to a community order and must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. She must also pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

DANIEL HEDGES, 22, of Greensfield Road, Stonesfield, admitted drug-driving on October 8 at Long Hanborough. He had 4.2mcg of cannabis in 1litre of blood, above the legal limit of 2mcg. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

MARCELLO BONFIM, 20, of Henley Avenue, Oxford, admitted being in possession of 31.62grammes of cannabis, a class B drug, on April 30, 2019 in Oxford. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85. The drugs must also be forfeited to be destroyed.

KELVIN MUTAHI, 30, of Park Road, Banbury, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis on November 16 at Abingdon Police Station. He was made subject to a community order and must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £250. He has been disqualified from driving for 24 months.

LEWIS SEYMOUR, 22, of Mckeevor Place, Banbury, admitted being in possession of cannabis, a class B drug, on January 26 on South Street in Banbury. He was fined £75, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He must also forfeit the cannabis to be destroyed.

JOSHUA BEDFORD, 32, of Luther Street, Oxford, was convicted of using threatening and abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress at Tesco on St Aldates in Oxford on November 29. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £200.

MARTIN BROCK, 40, of Queen's Avenue, Kidlington, was convicted of driving without due care and attention on December 13, 2019 on the A41 in Bicester. He was fined £150, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £500. His driving licence was also endorsed with four penalty points.

MICHAEL THOMPSON, 33, of Bartlett Close, Witney, admitted criminal damage to a fruit machine costing £763.24 belonging to Gamestec Leisure on October 29 in Witney. He was ordered to pay compensation of £200.

GEORGE MULLARD, 22, of Summer Ley, Oxfordshire, admitted drink-driving on February 26 on Marston Road, Oxford. He had 51mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 200mcg. He was fined £340, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 14 months.

PETER JONES, 18, of Furlong Close, Oxford, admitted assaulting a person occasioning in actual bodily harm on March 22 in Cowley as well as criminal damage to a glass door, costing £197, at Templars Square shopping centre on March 22. He was committed to detention for six months suspended for 18 months because the offence is so serious. He must carry out 180 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months and pay compensation of £500.

IULIAN BARZU, 46, of High Acres, Banbury, admitted drink-driving on February 18 at Chalker Way in Banbury. He had 40mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

ALEXANDER GABERSCIK, 50, of Yew Tree Cottage, Wantage, admitted driving at 35mph in a 30mph zone on the A338 in Grove on August 21. He was fined £271, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with three points.

JAMES LOUDON, 57, of Mill Road, Henley-on-Thames, admitted driving at 35mph in a 30mph zone on the A329 Reading Road on July 7. He fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with three points.
