NO NEW deaths have been recorded in Oxfordshire.

According to Public Health England, nobody has died within 28 days of a positive test result in the county

As it is there are 3,124 patients in hospital in the United Kingdom who have tested positive for coronavirus

Of those, 440 are on ventilation.

This can be compared to two weeks ago today, when on March 25, 711 patients were on ventilation in hospitals across England alone. 

At Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (the trust responsible for the John Radcliffe, Churchill, Nuffield and Horton hospitals) one patient was admitted to hospital yesterday, bringing the total number of people who have tested positive in hospital currently to 6. Nobody is on ventilation.

At Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, there are no patients who have tested positive for the virus at any community or mental health hospitals in Oxfordshire.  

In a daily update, PHE also revealed that 48 people had tested positive for Covid-19 in Oxfordshire in the 24 hours up to 9am today.
