OXFORD MAGISTRATES' COURT

DANIEL FISK, 36, of Arnolds Way, Oxford, admitted assault by beating an emergency worker on August 11 in Abingdon. He was fined £80, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.

LUKE BERRY, 32, of Taylor Close, Faringdon, was convicted of assault by beating a woman in Wantage on December 19. He was made subject to a community order and must take part in the Building Better Relationships programme for 35 days. He has been made subject of a restraining order and must not contact the victim directly or indirectly until March 2022. He must also pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £400.

CALLUM GERKEN, 29, of Dudgeon Drive, Oxford, admitted breaching a restraining order after he was found in an address on January 1 with a woman he was banned from contacting by Oxford Magistrates' Court on October 12, 2020. He was jailed for four months, suspended for 24 months because of his 'deliberate breach' and 'very poor record'. As part of the suspended sentence he must comply with supervision requirements for 24 months.

INDERJEET AUJLA, 48, of Lancaster Close, Bicester, admitted breaching the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on September 22 by failing to attend a planned office visit on January 12 and February 18 and failing to give any evidence of a reasonable excuse. He was dealt with for the original offences of drug-driving in Bicester. He was jailed for 10 weeks.

CHRISTOPHER CHAPMAN, 38, of Compton Drive, Abingdon, was convicted of drug-driving on April 7 in Abingdon on Audlett Drive. He had 23mcg of cocaine in one litre of blood, above the legal limit of 10mcg as well as 200mcg of benzolecgonine in one litre of blood, above the legal limit of 50mcg. He was also convicted of driving while disqualified and without third party insurance. He was fined £350, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £35 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 36 months.

SHANE COATES, 32, of Haldane Road, Blackbird Leys, admitted being in possession of seven wraps of cocaine, a class A drug, on August 21, 2020 in Oxford. He was fined £150, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He must also forfeit the drugs to be destroyed.

CHANELLE ORAM, 23, of Wordsworth Road, Abingdon, admitted assault by beating a woman on September 2 in Didcot. She was fined £200, ordered to pay compensation of £150, court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £34.

FIONA GREEN, 54, of Southmoor Way, Abingdon, admitted two counts of assault by beating of an emergency worker on February 27 in Abingdon. In both cases she assaulted a police constable. She was made subject to a community order and must attend appointments with an officer for 19 days. She must also pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £100.

OLGA LLOYD, 53, of Leigh Close, Oxfordshire, admitted engaging in controlling and coercive behaviour in a relationship between May 26 and July 8 in North Leigh, Oxfordshire. She also admitted assault by beating a man on June 29 and July 2. She was made subject to a community order and must take part in the Building Better Relationships programme for 30 days. She must also pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85.

WILLIAM POVEY, 57, of Dene Road, Oxford, admitted assault occasioning in actual bodily harm on September 1 in Oxford. He was made subject of a community order and must attend appointments for 25 days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £95 and £85 in court costs.

CRAIG WHITE, 36, of Ruskin Walk, Bicester, admitted assault by beating a woman on June 27 in Bicester. He was made subject to a community order and must take part in activities with a responsible officer for 22 days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £95.

DAMIEN PAINTIN, 31, of Saunders Road, Oxford, admitted stealing alcohol, costing £27, from Tesco in Oxford on July 17 as well as alcohol, costing £61.50, from Tesco on September 22. He was made subject to a community order and must take part in an activity with a responsible officer for 15 days. He must also carry out 50 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 days. He was ordered to pay compensation of £57 and a victim surcharge of £95.

RICHARD BEAZLEY, 47, of Francis Little Drive, Abingdon, admitted drink-driving on Milton Hill, Steventon, on February 19. He had 75mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £131, ordered to pay a victim fee of £34 and costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 17 months.

ARIAN-IONUT MOACOAI, 25, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing alcohol, costing £279, from Waitrose on Abbey Close, Abingdon, on March 18. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months but must pay a victim surcharge of £22.

MICHAEL ROBERTS, 41, of Temple Road, Oxford, admitted intending to cause harassment, alarm or distress by using threatening, abusive or insulting words at a PSCO in Kings Cross on October 25. He also admitted assaulting a police officer at Charing Cross Police station on the same day and using threatening and abusive words to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Charing Cross. He was made subject to a community order and must attend appointments with an officer for 12 days. He must also pay compensation of £100 and he was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 an court costs of £50.

STEPHEN RUSHMER, 56, of North Way, Headington, admitted criminal damage to a glass panel door belonging to 'The Porch' on November 21. He was ordered to pay compensation of £100.

MORRIS PERRY, 63, of Willow Drive, Carterton, admitted driving at 37mph in a 30mph zone on Ducklington Lane, Witney on March 12. He was not given a totting disqualification because he would 'lose employment'. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim fee of £32 and costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with three points.

MICHAIL STYPAS, 34, of Edgeway Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving at 38mph in a 30mph zone on Woodstock Road, Oxford on January 25. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £90. He was also disqualified from driving for six months.

WILLIAM BLAIR, 39, of Wellington Avenue, Banbury, as convicted of failing to give information about a driver when required in Plymouth on March 10. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six points.
