OXFORD MAGISTRATES’ COURT

ANDREW CHETWYND, 43, of Celsea Place, Cholsey, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on Sandringham Road, Didcot, on November 10. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

MAURKILE ELLIS BROWN, 19, of Manston Close, Bicester, was convicted of driving without a licence and third party insurance on Banbury Road, Bicester, on September 15. He was fined £880, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £88 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

MAREK HNIDA, 36, of Fettiplace Road, Barton, was convicted of driving without third party insurance in Oxford on September 13. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

BARTOSZ PRZYBYLOWICZ, 28, of Linacre Close, Didcot, admitted driving without a licence and without third party insurance on St Peter’s Hill in Caversham, Reading on September 12. He was fined £246, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £40. His driving licence was also endorsed with eight penalty points.

LAURIE WHEELER, 59, of Southfield Park, Oxford, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on Church Cowley Road, Oxford, on September 6. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

DANIELLE ELLIOTT, 29, of Verbena Way, Oxford, admitted driving at 79mph in a 70mph zone on the A34. He was fined £84 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

ADEOLA SOFOLUWE, 41, of Ravencroft, Bicester, admitted driving at 51mph in a 40mph zone on the A41 in Bicester on November 2, 2019. He was fined £92, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

JORDAN AXTELL, 18, of Acacia Avenue, Oxford, was convicted of driving without third party insurance and a licence on Grenoble Road in Oxford on August 18. He was fined £880, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £88 and court costs of £90. He was also disqualified from driving for six months.

CHRISTOPHER CHAPMAN, 38, of Compton Drive, Abingdon, was convicted of drug-driving on Audlett Drive, Abingdon on April 7, 2020. He had 23mcg of cocaine in one litre of blood, above the legal limit of 10mcg, as well as 200mcg of Benzoylecgonine, above the legal limit of 50mcg. He also admitted driving whilst disqualified on the same day and driving without third party insurance. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. He has also been disqualified from driving for 36 months.

ANTHONY MARTIN, 41, of no fixed abode, admitted lying in the middle of the road intoxicated, which he was prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order (CBO) made by Oxford Magistrates’ Court on June 22, 2017. He was jailed for 12 weeks, suspended for 18 months because the offence is ‘so serious’ and a ‘persistent breach of court order’. He must also attend appointments with a responsible officer for 30 days and pay a victim surcharge of £128 as well as court costs of £85.

ROBERT MOLYNEUX, 59, of Bradley Road, Henley-on-Thames, admitted drink-driving on Fletcher Road, Oxford, on February 2. He had 120mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was made subject to a community order and must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. He must also pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £95. He was disqualified from driving for a total of 30 months.

CONNER SMITH, 22, of Green Road, Oxford, admitted criminal damage to Oxford Railway Station by damaging a vehicle, costing £1,697.72, on September 9. He was fined £85, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.

PAUL LITTLECHILD, 58, of Marlborough Gardens, Faringdon, admitted drink-driving on Limborough Road, Wantage, on December 12. He had 40mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

JUAN DOMINGUEZ-MARTEL, 47, of Oxford Road, Gosford and Watereaton, admitted assault by beating a woman in Kidlington on January 18. He was made subject to a community order and must not contact the victim directly or indirectly until March 2022. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £95.

JOSEPH MARTIN-ROBINSON, 39, of Botley Road, admitted two counts of racially aggravated common assault on May 25 at the Vaughan Thomas Ward at Warneford Hospital. He also admitted criminal damage to a guitar, costing £34.99, belonging to the NHS and assault by beating of an emergency worker - namely a mental health nurse - at the hospital on April 11. He also admitted assault by beating at the hospital on September 2. He was made subject to a community order and must have treatment for his drug dependency under the direction of Turning Point for nine months. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85.

MARK QUINN, 46, of Gordon Street, Oxford, was convicted of assault by beating of a police officer and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on February 27 in Abingdon. He was made subject to a community order and must attend appointments for 10 days. He is also the subject of a restraining order and must not visit an address in Abingdon until March 2022. He was ordered to pay compensation of £100, court costs of £200 and a victim surcharge of £95.

EDMUND WILLIAMS, 24, of The Croft, Didcot, admitted sending offensive, indecent and obscene messages by public communication network on June 22 in Didcot, assault by beating a woman on June 15 in Didcot and using threatening, abusive or insulting words to a police officer on June 20. He was made subject to a community order and must attend appointments or participate in an activity with a responsible officer for 25 days. He must also pay compensation of £150 and court costs of £45.

GRAHAM TAYLOR, 59, of Ruscote Arcade, Banbury, admitted using threatening or abusive words likely to cause harassment on August 16 in Banbury. He was fined £64 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34.
