OXFORD MAGISTRATES’ COURT

NATHAN DALLEY, 33, of Fane Drive, Wallingford, admitted driving at 35mph in a 30mph zone on the A40 in North Way, Oxford, on September 15. He also admitted driving at 39mph in a 30mph zone on the B480 in Chiselhampton on September 18. He was fined £297 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

ANDREW FOX, 45, of Springfield Avenue, Banbury, was convicted of failing to give information about a driver when required between November 6 and December 4 in Banbury. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six points.

LINDA HADLAND, 59, of Morton Avenue, Kidlington, was convicted of failing to give information about a driver when required between September 29 and October 27 in Banbury. She was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. Her driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

GAYLE PAYNE, 48, of Haydon Road, Didcot, was convicted of failing to give information about a driver when required between September 29 and October 27 in Banbury. She was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. Her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

MYLES TAYLOR, 26, of Farm Close, Oxfordshire, admitted driving at 43mph in a 30mph zone on the B480 in Chiselhampton on September 18. He was fined £80, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with four penalty points.

JAYSON LYON, 35, of Duke of York Avenue, Abingdon, was convicted of failing to give information about a driver when required between October 9 and November 6 in Banbury. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. He was disqualified from driving for six months.

ANDY TAYLOR, 35, of St George's Crescent, Banbury, was convicted of failing to give information about a driver when required between September 10 and October 8 in Banbury. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. He was also disqualified from driving for six months.

JOSE PHILLIPS, 59, of Botley Road, Oxford, admitted harassment by breaching a restraining order on conviction on February 25 in Oxford. He was made subject to a community order and was banned from going into St Clements and going over Magdalen Bridge in Oxford for six months. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £90.

CHARLIE INGLIS, 31, of Bader Drive, Upper Heyford, was convicted of burglary from a dwelling and theft with no violence between November 11, 2018, and September 27, 2019, in Bicester. He was made subject to a community order and must take part in an accredited programme for 40 days. He must also pay compensation of £474, court costs of £400 and a victim surcharge of £85.

ANTHONY BRANDISH, 29, of Beeching Way, Wallingford, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on June 8 on Abingdon Road. He was fined £1,000, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £100 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 14 days.

KYLIE CHEYNE, 42, of Oxford Road, Frilford, admitted driving at 39mph in a 30mph zone on the A40 in North Way on January 19. She was fined £208, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. She was also disqualified from driving for seven days.

TIMOTHY STERN, 38, of Bampton Close, Oxford, admitted assault by beating of a woman on Eastern Avenue, Oxford, on November 10 as well as failing to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on December 15 and breaking a bail condition by not staying at the address he was subject to when he was subject to Random Alternative Monitoring. He was made subject to a community order and must take part in a rehabilitation activity for 20 days. He must also pay compensation of £100.

CALLUM GOMM, 22, of Sorrell Road, Blackbird Leys, admitted being in possession of cannabis, a Class B drug, on January 17 in Long Hanborough. He was fined £75 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34. He must also forfeit the drugs to be destroyed.

JOSEPH HAMMOND, 32, of Centenary Way, Witney, admitted common assault on February 1 at Chipping Norton as well as stealing a beef joint, a Peroni beer and an onion sandwich from the Co-op stores on February 1. He was made subject to a community order and must be under electronic monitoring for eight weeks. He must also pay compensation of £75.

CHARLOTTE MCCOLLIN, 29, of Becket Street, Oxford, admitted entering a closed premises in contravention of a closure order on Sandy Lane on February 28. She was made subject to a community order and must not enter Sandy Lane for six months.

PAUL MCLAUGHLIN, 59, of no fixed abode, admitted entering a premises in contravention of a closure order on February 27 in Abingdon and using threatening, abusive or insulting words to cause harassment on February 27. He was also sentenced for committing an offence under a suspended sentence made by Oxford Magistrates’ Court on September 30 for one count of assault by beating. He was jailed for a total of 12 weeks because he ‘deliberately went to the address’. He was also ordered to pay compensation of £75.

JOHN PUGSLEY, 42, of Rowland Close, Wolvercote, admitted supplying food and drink 'at the Red Lion' in contravention of a condition requiring him to give a security for the payment of any VAT which was due between March 7 and October 31, 2019. He was fined £1,000, ordered to pay compensation of £100 and court costs of £200.

AIDAN FORBES, 18, of Templar Road, Oxford, admitted being in possession of a knife with a blade measuring 4.5 inches, in a public place on May 17. He was committed to detention for four months suspended for 18 months. He must also carry out 60 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months and pay compensation of £100.

PAUL MORRISON, 32, of no fixed abode, admitted racial harassment on April 26 in Oxford towards a police officer. He was made subject to a community order and must take part in an activity with a responsible officer for 10 days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £95.

MAHMOUD AL-HADAD, 50, of Gibbs Crescent, Oxford, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on September 13 in Oxfordshire. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
