OXFORD MAGISTRATES' COURT

TYLER JAY LITTLE, 19, of Reynolds Way, Abingdon, admitted being in possession of cannabis, a class B drug, in Abingdon on December 8. He was fined £75, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He must also forfeit the drugs to be destroyed.

SHANNON COX, 18, of Dashwood Road, Oxford, admitted stealing beauty items, costing £100, from Boots on Cowley Road on July 26 and beauty items, costing £730, from the same shop on September 15. She was fined £250, ordered to pay compensation of £230, a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £50.

CHLOE MAUGHAN, 18, of Lenthall Road, Oxford, admitted stealing skin care products, costing £100, from Boots on Cowley Road on July 26 and £730 worth of Soap and Glory products, gift sets, make-up brushes, and baby milk from the same shop on September 15. She also admitted using threatening and abusive words to cause harassment on October 23 in Oxford. She was discharged conditionally for 12 months but was ordered to pay compensation of £230.

FANEL BLANARIU, 40, Lyneham Road, Bicester, admitted driving without third party insurance on September 7 on Baynards Green, Oxfordshire. He was fined £369, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £36 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ANDREW CAPELL, 54, Appleby Close, Banbury, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on September 8 in Bicester. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

MICHAEL CARR, 39, of Masons Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on September 7 on Bletchingdon Road, Islip. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with six points.

FARID GAXALI, 30, of Park End Street, Oxford, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on St Clement's Street, Oxford, on September 10. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with six points.

CAROL LIAN, 35, of Portway, Banbury, admitted causing unnecessary obstruction to the road with her car on Portway on August 26. She was fined £215, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90.

WAYNE LANG, 47, of Rowan Grove, Oxford, admitted speeding in a 70mph zone on the M4 in Berkshire between junctions 12 and 13 on November 30. He was fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with five penalty points.

COLIN REID, 42, of Peregrine Road, Oxford, admitted driving without a licence and without third party insurance on Crowberry Way, Oxford on December 14. He was fined £160, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

DECLAN BARNETT, 28, of Bradwell Village, Burford, admitted speeding in a 30mph limit on November 20, 2019 in Witney. He was fined £146, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

ANGELA JONES, 53, of Botley Road, Oxford, admitted being in possession of cannabis, a class B drug, on January 26 in Abingdon. She was fined £75, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £50. The drugs must also be forfeited to be destroyed.

SALEEM THOMAS, 48, of Russ Avenue, Faringdon, admitted assault by beating of an emergency worker at Daisy Bank, Abingdon, common assault of a police officer at Abingdon Police Station and using threatening, abusive or insulting words to a woman on November 2. He was made subject to a community order and must have treatment for his alcohol dependency under the direction of the National Probation Service for 12 months. He must also pay compensation of £100 and court costs of £85.

DENIS VINER, 66, of Causeway, Banbury, admitted drug-driving on August 13 in Banbury. He had 75mcg of benzoylecgonine in one litre of blood, above the legal limit of 50mcg. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

SHANE GIVEN, 30, of Lavender Close, Banbury, was convicted of harassment by breach of a restraining order by calling a woman 29 times after being banned on December 3 at Fenny Compton in Warwickshire. He was also convicted of stalking the victim between April 1 and September 30 in Banbury. He was made subject to a community order and must have treatment for drug dependency under the direction of the National Probation Service for 12 months. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £500.

MARTIN GIBBONS, 40, of Lancaster Close, Bicester, was convicted of breaching a non-molestation order as well as driving without a licence on May 24 on Dryden Avenue, Bicester. He was made subject to a restraining order and must not contact the victim directly or indirectly until 2023. His driving licence was also endorsed with penalty points.

LEE MULLEN, 33, of no fixed abode, admitted being in possession of 15 wraps of crack cocaine and 20 wraps of heroin, class A drugs, on September 22 as well as heroin, a class A drug, on December 3 in Banbury. He was jailed for 24 weeks because of his previous record of offending and because he was on a suspended sentence.

WARREN AUTON, 31, of Divinity Road, Cowley, admitted driving without a licence and without third party insurance on January 20 on the Eastern Bypass in Oxford. He was fined £75, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £60. He was also disqualified from driving for three months.

BEN MILLER, 27, of Broad Oak, Wood Farm, admitted attempted burglary other than a dwelling with intent to steal in a shed on February 18 in Oxford. He was jailed for 22 weeks, suspended for 18 months because he went in the dark when the resident was at home. He must also carry out 120 hours of unpaid work, pay a victim surcharge of £128 and court costs of £85.

THOMAS BRETT, 27, of Sinodun Road, Wallingford, admitted criminal damage to a Pyrex dish, costing £20, belonging to a woman on June 21. He also admitted being in possession of cannabis, a class B drug, on the same day. He was made subject to a community order and restraining order and must not go to the victims address until August. He was also fined £75, must pay compensation of £20, a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85.
