VILLAGERS have been without internet access and phone service for a week after a telephone pole fell down.
The incident happened on the B4030 and affects Rousham, near Heyford.

Resident Helen Smith said BT would fix it on Saturday, but that was then pushed to Tuesday and now a date is unknown as BT has passed the issue on to Openreach to handle.
She said: "God knows when we're going to have it done. We've got old people in the village. If we want an ambulance we've got to get out of our village to ring on our mobiles because we've got no signal where we are.
"We've got no wifi, no phone and they cant give us a date of when it's going to be put back on."
An Openreach spokesperson said: "Openreach engineers are investigating reports of a damaged pole in Rousham and will do their best to make repairs as quickly as possible.
"We understand how frustrating this must be for anyone affected; we encourage anyone experiencing any disruption with their phone or broadband service to report it to their service provider who will then inform us."
