Mr Roccaro, whose channel has accumulated almost 1,300 loyal subscribers in less than 12 months, has now released his latest video tour of a four-bedroom property on Barton Fields Road in Headington.

He starts the video by saying: "Today, we are going to show you the inside of a half a million pounds in Oxford known as one of the most expensive cities to live in the UK.

"The housing prices here are a whooping 10.7 times the average salary due to the lack of properties."

There was a time not long ago when paying such a sum for a home was rare, unachievable and reserved for buyers looking to invest in the London market.

But these days, spending half a million on a property does not seem like such a big deal.

While the YouTuber says that this home is being sold for half a million pounds, larger properties part of the development can go up to two million.

From there, the large garden can be accessed via French doors.

As he shows off the first floor, viewers can catch a glimpse of the 'impressive' sitting room with a view over Barton Park.
