TWO careless drivers were arrested in Oxford in the early hours of this morning.
Police stopped one car on Old Road for speeding just before 4am and arrested the driver when they tested positive for cannabis.
The vehicle was also seized because the driver did not have insurance.

Half an hour later, another driver also tested positive for cannabis when officers stopped them on Hernes Road.
The driver also did not have a licence or insurance.
