OXFORD MAGISTRATES’ COURT

DEBORAH TRICKER, 63, of Divinity Road, Oxford, admitted driving at 37mph in a 30mph zone on the A4074 on September 5. She was fined £250, ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £34 and court costs of £90. Her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points. She was not given a totting disqualification because her daughter and elderly mother rely on her to drive.

CHRISTELLE SHEPHERD, 29, of Hereson Road, Ramsgate, Oxon, was convicted of failing to provide a specimen for analysis on July 15 when required by a police officer. She was fined £250, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £500. She was also disqualified from driving for 14 months.

JOANNE DE LA CHAPELLE, 47, of Church Lane, Horton-cum-Studley, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis on November 27 when required in Oxfordshire. She was made subject to a community order and must attend appointments for 10 days. She must also pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85. She has been disqualified from driving for 18 months.

KYRON MCFARLANE, 30, of Pegasus Road, Oxford, admitted driving whilst disqualified, without third party insurance and without due care and attention on January 30. He also admitted failing to stop at the scene of an accident on Pegasus Road in Oxford after hitting a car. He was sent to prison for 10 weeks suspended for 18 months because the offence was so serious and involved a police chase. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £122 and court costs of £1,500. He has been disqualified from driving for 36 months.

MATTHEW BRAIN, 39, of Graham Road, Bicester, admitted drug-driving in Bicester on July 30 and August 1. He had 200mcg of Benzoylecgonine in one litre of blood, above the legal limit of 50mcg. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He has also been disqualified from driving for 18 months.

DANIEL HUNTLEY, 32, of Market Square, Bicester, admitted breaching a restraining order made by Oxford Crown Court on November 13 in Market Square, Bicester by harassing a woman on February 2. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.

DAVID RAFFERTY, 49, of Crawley, Witney, admitted drink-driving on August 1 on Bloxham Road, Banbury. He had 51mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £388, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £39 and court costs of £85. He has also been disqualified from driving for 14 months.

ANNABEL REYNOLDS, 25, of Brookside, Abingdon, admitted assault by beating an emergency worker on July 30 in Abingdon. She was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.

SAM MCALLISTER, 23, of Hicks Close, Shrivenham, admitted driving without due care and attention and failing to provide a specimen for analysis on July 14 in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. He was fined £500, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 24 months.

JAMES ALBISTON, 28, of Windmill Road, Oxford, admitted being in possession of cannabis, a class B drug, on October 26 in Oxford. He was fined £80, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also ordered to forfeit the drugs to be destroyed.

GARY MCFARLANE, 28, of Perth Road, Bicester, admitted being drunk and disorderly and assaulting a police officer on Perth Road, Bicester on December 26. He also admitted stealing make up and toiletries from Sainsbury's on Bure Place, Bicester, on Decmeber 1. He was made subject to a community order and as part of that he must have treatment for his alcohol dependency under the direction of Turning Point for 12 months. He must also pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85.

HARVEY PRIDDEY, 20, of Greenfield Crescent, Wallingford, admitted drink-driving on July 29 in Wallingford. He had 89mcg of alcohol per 100ml of blood, above the legal limits of 80mcg. He was fined £115, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

JEZ THOMPSON, 31, of Kingsclere Road, Bicester, admitted assaulting a person occasioning in actual bodily harm and using threatening and abusive words to cause harassment on June 19 in Oxford. He was fined £274, ordered to pay compensation of £50, court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £34.

ALAN THOMPSON, 54, of Sinodun Close, Long Wittenham, admitted common assault in Abingdon on July 29. he was fined £165, ordered to pay compensation of £100 and a victim surcharge of £34.

JAMES CHERRY, 28, of HMP Bullingdon, admitted having an unauthorised 'homemade shank' inside a prison on June 22 in Bicester. He was jailed for another six months because the offence is 'so serious' and he is already serving a 'lengthy custodial sentence of eight years'.

ALAN GOODMAN, 38, of Bridge Close, Didcot, admitted assault by beating and stealing meat, costing £101.40, from Sainsbury's in Didcot on November 10. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months. He was ordered to pay compensation of £50.

DARREN DAVISON, 48, of Coromandel, Abingdon, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on August 23 in Reading. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

GURINDER GILL, 42, of Gerard Place, Oxford, admitted driving without third party insurance on December 27 in Oxford. He was fined £173, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

JOHN HANLY, 42, of Miller Road, Banbury, admitted driving over 70mph on the M40 from Junction 10 to 11 on October 10. He was fined £445, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

ALI HASSAMI, 39, of Oxford Road, Garsington, admitted driving without third party insurance on July 31 in Oxford. He was fined £415, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £41 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

DAWID HEBEL, 33, of High Street, Witney, was convicted using a handheld mobile while driving a vehicle on the A40 near Witney on July 10. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
