OXFORD MAGISTRATES' COURT

CRISTI DURLEA, 22, of Pulker Close, Oxford, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on Marston Street, Oxford, on November 13. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with eight penalty points.

LINDSEY PARREY, 31, of Hermitage Court, Wallingford, admitted driving without third party insurance on Colwell Drive, Abingdon, on August 26. He was fined £203, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £63. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

ALEXANDER CLIFTON, 22, of Cromwell Road, Banbury, was convicted of driving at 58mph in a 30mph zone on Aynho Road, Adderbury, on September 4. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. He was also disqualified from driving for six months.

AUBYN HANBURY-WALLACE, 52, of High Street, Woodstock, admitted driving at 36mph in a 30mph zone on Botley Road, Oxford on June 6. He was fined £115, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. He was also disqualified for driving for six months.

HAYLEY COX, 38, of Burchester Avenue, Oxford, admitted failing without a reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on November 12 by not attending appointments on November 18 and not attending an unpaid work session on November 17. She was fined £50.

ROGER CROOKS, 47, of Atkyns Road, Oxford, was convicted of stealing £28.50 worth of food from Iceland in Norfolk on June 26. He was fined £50, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34.

JAN HUDAK, 28, of Torridge Drive, Didcot, admitted drink-driving on November 29 on Middle Furlong, Didcot. He had 83mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. he was fined £345, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with 10 penalty points.

SCOTT PALMER, 39, of White House Road, Oxford, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis on January 2 in Oxford after being suspected of committing a driving offence. He was fined £230, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 15 months.

SIMON WHITEHOUSE, 53, of Banbury Road, Woodstock, admitted drink-driving on January 4 on the A420. He had 70mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £800, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

ROGER CROOKS, 47, of Atkyns Road, Wood Farm, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements after being released from prison by not attending office visits on November 11 and 26 and January 13. He was fined £50.

JAKE DEAN, 23, of Woodstock Road, Oxford, admitted common assault on Woodstock Road on January 3 as well as being in possession of cannabis, a Class B drug, on the same day. He was made subject to a community order and must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. He must also pay compensation of £125 and will forfeit the drugs to be seized.

ANDREW ROBINSON, 51, of Botley Road, Oxford, admitted assault by beating and using threatening, abusive or insulting words on Botley Road on June 13 and assaulting a police officer on the same day at Abingdon Police Station. He also admitted using racially or religiously aggravated harassment, alarm or distress on Botley Road on November 25, December 2, December 9 and January 4. He was jailed for 24 months, suspended for 18 months because of his 'wilful and consistent failure to comply with a community order'. As part of the sentence he will take part in treatment for his alcohol dependency under the direction of Turning Point for 12 months. He must also pay compensation of £350.

DANIEL BROWN, 39, of Field House, Botley, admitted two counts of interfering with a vehicle on August 25, 2018 in Abingdon. He was made subject to a community order and must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. He must also pay compensation of £29.99, a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £500.

COURTNEY BROWN, 47, of Underhill Circus, Oxford, admitted being in possession of heroin, a class A drug, on May 17 at the John Radcliffe Hospital. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He must also forfeit the drugs to be destroyed.

SEAN COWLEY, 37, of Church Street, Didcot, admitted drug-driving on August 2 in Ock Street, Abingdon. He had 151mcg of benzoylecgonine per one litre of blood, above the legal limit of 50mcg. He was made subject to a community order and must carry out a rehabilitation activity for seven days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

LILY-ANNE MORRIS, 26, of Eastfields, Blewbury, admitted drink-driving on Eastfields, Blewbury, on January 6. She had 50mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limits of 35mcg. She was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. She was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

ANDREW ROBINSON, 51, of Botley Road, Oxford, admitted being in Magdalen Street, Oxford, on February 4 after being banned by a criminal behaviour order (CBO) made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on January 6. He also admitted breaching a suspended sentence made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on February 4. He was sentenced for the original offences of two counts of common assault, two counts of breaching a CBO and racially aggravated harassment. He has been jailed for 26 weeks suspended for 18 months. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £128.

DARIUS JONES, 19, of Leach Road, Bicester, admitted drug-driving on July 18 in Bicester. He had 4.9mcg of cannabis in one litre of blood, above the legal limit of 2mcg. He also admitted driving without a licence, third party insurance and failing to stop when requested by a police officer. He was fined £150, ordered to pay a victim fee of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also banned from driving for 24 months.

MOHAMMED RASHID, 36, of Salford Road, Oxford, admitted criminal damage and using threatening words to cause harassment on August 2 in Oxford. He was made subject to a community order and must carry out 180 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay compensation of £1,200.
