Among the long list of things people are most desperate to see reopen after lockdown, for many people nothing comes above the return of the pub.

According to the government’s Covid roadmap, outdoor drinking can start from April 12 with drinking indoors no sooner than May 17.

We asked our Facebook followers which local pubs they will visit first once the restrictions are lifted. Sadly, Oxford’s Lamb and Flag, which closed due to tough trading conditions caused by the pandemic, was mentioned several times.
