OXFORD MAGISTRATES’ COURT

GHEORGHE BRAILESCU, 28, of Rose Hill, Oxford, was convicted of driving without third party insurance and without a licence on December 7 on Bennett Crescent. He was fined £880, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £88 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

REUEL BRISCOE, 28, of The Hamel, Oxford, was convicted of driving without third party insurance and without a licence at Acorn Service Station, Park Road, on November 17. He was fined £880, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £88 and court costs of £90.

ANDREW BUNTING, 27, of Wroslyn Road, Oxfordshire, was convicted of driving without a licence and without insurance on November 29 at Long Hanborough. He was fined £880, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £88 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

JERMONE MCALMON, 37, of Sermon Close, Oxford, was convicted of driving without a licence and without third party insurance on November 18 in Oxford. He was fined £880, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £88 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

LAUREN MULLINGS, 27, of Balliol Drive, Oxfordshire, admitted driving without third party insurance on August 17 in Hagbourne, Oxfordshire. She was fined £276, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. Her driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

VINCENT RUSSELL, 57, of Ashfield Way, Wallingford, admitted driving at 52mph in a 30mph zone in Wallingford on October 19. He was fined £573, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £57 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

ZOE STONE, 22, of Poppy Terrace, Carterton, admitted driving without third party insurance on August 26 on the A40. She was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. Her driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

JAMES TURNER, 40, of Walker Drive, Faringdon, admitted driving on August 8 in Faringdon. He was fined £520, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £52 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

JACK VINCENT, 24, of Hornbeam Drive, Oxford, admitted driving without third party insurance on Ambassador Avenue, Oxford on July 21, 2019. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

LUIS RODRIGUES, 23, of Abbey Road, Witney, was convicted of driving without third party insurance and without a licence on November 17 in Carterton. He was fined £880, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £88 and court costs of £90. He was also disqualified for driving for six months.

BRIAN GOODMAN, 45, of Towns End, Witney, admitted making threats of violence in Witney on July 11, which he was banned from doing by a non-molestation order made by Oxford Family Court on December 19, 2019. He was made subject to a restraining order and must not contact the victim directly or indirectly. He was also fined £576, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £58 and court costs of £105.

THOMAS COLEMAN, 24, of Withycombe Drive, Banbury, admitted possession with intent to supply cannabis, a class B drug, on April 5, 2019 in Banbury. He was made subject to a community order and must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85. He must also forfeit the drugs to be destroyed.

RHYS BOWDEN, 18, of Masefield Road, Banbury, admitted being in a possession of a ‘zombie knife’ on December 31 in Banbury. He also admitted being in possession of cannabis, a class B drug, on the same day. He was sent to prison for four months suspended for 18 months. He maintained he was carrying it for his ‘own protection’. He must have electronic monitoring for six months and will also have to pay a victim surcharge of £128 and court costs of £85.

ROBERT ZASADA, 30, of Beckett Street, Oxford, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words to cause a person to believe that unlawful violence would be used against them on October 22 in Oxford. On the same day, he admitted assaulting a police officer at Abingdon Police Station. He was made subject to a community order and must have treatment for his alcohol dependency under the direction of Turning Point for six months. He must also have electronic monitoring for six months and pay compensation of £50 and a victim surcharge of £95.

EMMANUEL BOUROU, 44, of Izzard Road, Upper Heyford, near Bicester, admitted driving at 87mph in a 70mph zone on the M40 between junctions 7b and 7 on July 9. He was fined £66 and court costs of £34. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

ALBERT HOEKMAN, 51, of Bailey Road, Oxford, admitted driving at 36mph in a 30mph zone on Botley Road, Oxford, on July 11. He was fined £66 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

SERGE KHOURY, 28 of Mayfield Avenue, Wantage, admitted failing to give information of a driver between October 12 and November 9 in Banbury. He was fined £666 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

DAVID MAJOR, 59, of Mereland Road, Didcot, was convicted of driving at 35mph in a 30mph zone on the A329 Reading Road in West Berkshire. He was fined £220, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with nine penalty points.

THOMAS PHILLIPS, 33, of Daisy Bank, Abingdon, was convicted of failing to give information about a driver when required between September 21 and October 19. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

SANDRA SOMININI, 47, of Lincombe Lane, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information on a driver when required between September 18 and October 16. She was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. Her driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

SARAH TAGG, 43, of Lower Tadmarton, Oxfordshire, admitted driving at 35mph in a 30mph zone in Broughton on July 20. She was fined £66 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34. Her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
