Vehicle abandoned in Oxford
A DRIVER abandoned their vehicle in the heart of Oxford city centre after TVP Roads Policing team noticed they were did not have insurance.

Police seized the grey car on Sunday after they discovered it in Red Lion Square.
The force urged the owner to get in touch if they would like 'to have a chat'.
