A ROAD in Oxford was closed this morning after a 'police incident'.
*UPDATE*: Emergency services have now confirmed they raced to a major fire
According to our live traffic feed, which can be found here, Watlington Road was closed in both directions.
The incident, which was marked as medium severity, is thought to be from Cuddesdon Way to Grenoble Road and was closed for several hours.
Thames Valley Police have now confirmed the incident was led by Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service - which has been contacted for a comment.
