A 55-year-old electrician from the county has won £1.1m playing an online slot machine game.
The man, who wants to remain anonymous, won the bumper pay-out - the largest ever in the UK - through a betting company's online game after staking £3.
He said: "The whole family is ecstatic and it feels like we are living the dream. This is going to be one amazing Christmas.
"The money gives us security for the rest of lives, although we will definitely be splashing out on some treats as well - extra special Christmas presents and perhaps a holiday."
