Desmond William (Des) Adderley

ADDERLEY Desmond William (Des) Formerly of Botley. Aged 94 years peacefully at home on 1st February 2021. Beloved husband to his late wife June. Much loved dad to Alicia and Dominic (Nick). Adored grandad to Kate, Lucy and Guy and proud great grandad to Isaac, Reuben, Hugo and Millie. Funeral service to take place at Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Yarnells Hill on Wednesday 10th February at 2pm. FISK Colin Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on 27th January 2021. A loving and devoted Husband of the late Shirley Fisk and a wonderful Dad and Gramp, he will be very sadly missed by all. LAWS Winifred Mary Passed away peacefully on 21st January at St. John's Care Home, Oxford aged 102. Formerly a head teacher of Milham Ford School, Oxford. A loving sister of David and caring aunt and great-aunt to all his family. A private funeral will be held on Tuesday 16th February at 1pm, St Andrew's Church, Headington. John Walter Dring

DRING John Walter Passed away at home on January 31st aged 75. Much loved husband of Midori and the late Jenny, brother of Peter, father of Simon and Sarah, grandfather of five. Born in Headington to the coach company-owning Dring family, he sought his career with the RAF and then the Prison Service, running several different prisons over a long career. On retirement he devoted time to charitable causes and much opera. He will be missed. Family funeral on Feb 26th. Donations in his name to MND Association or Sobell House.

 

Ruth Humphries

HUMPHRIES Ruth Passed peacefully away at home on 6th January aged 106 years. The much loved mother of Alan, Rosemary and Kay. She will be missed by all her close family and friends. Olive Valerie ‘val’ Gray (Nee Pain)

GRAY (née Pain) Olive Valerie 'Val' Died peacefully on 22nd January 2021, aged 94. Devoted Mother, loving Granny, Nonna and Bisnonna, intrepid Aunt, she will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Barry John Hadland

HADLAND Barry John Passed away peacefully in his sleep at his home in Woodstock on the 30-01-2021 aged 71. A much loved and thought of brother of Netty and Robert, brother in law to Brian and uncle to Zoe, Kirsty and Justin. He was always the life and soul of any party and will surely be missed. Now he rests in peace with our parents the late Jackie and Keith Hadland and his belated wife Sue. A private cremation will take place at Oxford Crematorium
