Braving the frosty weather Oxfordshire photographers captured the beauty of winter from snowy riverside walks to impressive snaps of kingfishers and deer.

However, it was this jaw dropping mountain scene which caught our eye.

Matt Hancock sent in these beautiful snaps from his visit to the Arctic.

The photographer endured -38-degree temperatures and captured this spectacular scene with just a four-hour window of sunlight. Mr Hancock said next time he visits he will probably go in the summer.
